The 7th Power & Gas Forum, which took place on April 6 & 7, 2026 at the Zeus Wyndham Grand Athens Hotel, was completed with great interest and success.
This year’s event focused on the challenges and developments of the electricity and gas markets at European and national level. Renowned speakers from the political, scientific and business world analyzed issues such as the interruption of Russian gas imports, the role of the USA, the operation and distortions of the Greek market, the international and domestic environment of the wholesale market, the contribution of hashtagΑΠΕ and storage, trends in European markets, technological developments in networks and the energy supply of industry.
The CEO of Hellenic Hydrogen Dimitrios Triantafyllopoulos participated in the conference panel on “The role of “green” gases and hydrogen – The new institutional framework and the creation of a market”, where the prospects for the development of the domestic hydrogen and green gas market were extensively discussed, focusing on the opportunities and challenges that exist and are framed by the existing institutional framework.
