Interdepartmental Postgraduate Program “Hydrogen Science and Technologies” of the University of Western Macedonia – University of Western Macedonia
The JPSP “Hydrogen Science and Technologies” has been operating since 2022 as the only Postgraduate Program in the country with full specialization in the value chain of green hydrogen and the green fuels produced from it, such as methanol and ammonia.
The purpose of the MSc is to train specialized scientists and business executives who will support the development of the hydrogen economy in Greece and the European Union, to produce and disseminate the required scientific knowledge, as well as to conduct research for the development of technologies for the production and safe use of hydrogen in industry, buildings and means of transport.
For the third consecutive year, Hellenic Hydrogen’s sponsorship partnership with the Master’s Program “Hydrogen Science and Technologies” of the University of Western Macedonia emphasizes the preparation of studies of common interest and the upskilling and reskilling of engineers, craftsmen and professionals in new clean hydrogen technologies. The actions are implemented both through the JPSP itself and through the joint organization of information and training initiatives, such as workshops, conferences and Summer Schools.
