In the second half of May, the European hydrogen market showed significant mobility in terms of finance, infrastructure and transport. The European Commission has approved German state aid of €1.3 billion. for the production of renewable hydrogen, while part of the support is also directed to three Danish projects. At the same time, the Netherlands put into operation a 32-kilometer hydrogen pipeline, strengthening the relevant energy infrastructure. In the transport sector, Athens and Bologna are proceeding with the integration of hydrogen buses into their urban fleets.
